Smerna offers personalized figurines made from customer drawings and specifications.

Each item is made to order and may vary slightly from the preview.

Order process

The order is validated once payment is confirmed. Production starts after validation.

Any error in the delivery address remains the customer's responsibility.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and may include delivery depending on the offer.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (bank cards).

Production and delivery times

Typical design and production time is 1 to 2 days, depending on workload.

Delivery is handled by Colissimo, at home or at a pickup point.

Delivery is available in metropolitan France and overseas territories.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made to order.
