Order

The order is confirmed after payment validation. Production starts after purchase.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided address (address, postal code, city, country).

In case of incorrect or incomplete address détails, reshipment fees are charged to the customer.

Delivery is available only in metropolitan France.

We ship with Colissimo, offering home delivery or pickup point delivery.

Non-collection / return

If the package is not collected at the pickup point or returned due to absence, no refund will be granted.
