Order

The order is confirmed after payment validation. Production starts after purchase.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided address (address, postal code, city, country).

In case of incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipment fees are charged to the customer.

Delivery is available only in metropolitan France.

Non-collection / return

If the package is not collected at the pickup point or returned due to absence, no refund will be granted.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made to order.
